| 摘 要： | 目的：观察艾灸对兔退变颈椎间盘蛋白多糖的影响,探讨艾灸防治颈椎间盘退变的作用及可能机制。方法：24只日本大耳白兔随机分为艾灸组、模型组和正常组,每组8只,采用颈屈曲位固定法制备兔颈椎间盘退变模型,造模后立即干预。艾灸组温和灸颈部夹脊穴,每穴15min,1次/d。造模3月后,各组取出退变椎间盘组织,测量其蛋白多糖含量。结果：模型组椎间盘蛋白多糖含量明显减少（P〈0.01）,艾灸组椎间盘蛋白多糖含量较模型组高（P〈0.01）,艾灸组和正常组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：艾灸可防止兔颈椎间盘蛋白多糖含量过度减少,对兔颈椎间盘退变有一定延缓作用。
