| 摘 要： | 目的:通过分析5年内我科因髋部骨折入院的患者的骨质疏松症诊断和治疗情况,降低骨折预期发生风险的目的。方法:将2005年1月-2009年12月所有因髋部骨折入院的患者,骨质疏松症诊断和治疗的比率进行分析,研究随着骨质疏松症诊断和治疗比率的提高,骨折预期风险的变化。结果:随着骨质疏松症诊断和治疗比率的提高,骨折预期发生风险显著降低。结论:正确的诊断和有效的治疗可降低骨质疏松症骨折的发生。
