| 摘 要： | 目的：评价动力髋锁定系统（DHLS）和动力髋螺钉（DHS）治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：93例老年股骨粗隆间骨折分为2组，分别采用DHLS和DHS内固定治疗。结果：（1）手术时间和术中出血量：DHLS组与DHS组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），DHLS组用时和术中出血量较DHS组少。（2）下地时间：DHLS组和DHS组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。（3）完全负重时间和骨折愈合时间：DHs组与DHLS组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。对于稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折2组的优良率无显著差异，对于不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的DHLS组的优良率优于DHS组。结论：对于老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗DHLS优于DHS。
