| 摘 要： | 目的:观察柔筋舒督方配合中药离子导入治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将50例患者随机分为2组,对照组22例采用柳氮磺吡啶及甲氨蝶呤治疗,治疗组28例采用柔筋舒督方配合中药离子导入治疗,2组连续用药3个月,观察治疗前后疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后2组病情活动主要指标评分均有显著降低,而治疗组降低优于对照组。结论:柔筋舒督方配合中药离子导入治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效佳,安全性好。
