城市社区应用《2型糖尿病社区防治指南》管理患者的效果比较

目的　探讨城市社区应用《2型糖尿病社区防治指南》管理 2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法　从 2 0 0 3年7～ 11月在月坛社区 5个社区卫生服务站中选取 2型糖尿病患者 10 0人作为研究对象 ,严格按照《2型糖尿病社区防治指南》管理患者 ,比较管理前、后患者的临床指标、医疗费用等。结果　应用《2型糖尿病社区防治指南》管理患者 3个半月后其糖化血红蛋白较管理前差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;管理前、后患者医疗费用间差别无显著性意义(P >0 0 5 )。结论　应用《2型糖尿病社区防治指南》有利于在社区中规范化管理 2型糖尿病患者 ,在不明显增加医疗费用的情况下 ,可提高患者的血糖控制水平。

Effect Comparison of the Patients Management before and after Applying Instruction to the Preventing and Curing Type 2 Diabetes in Residential Community Base in Urban Community

Objective To study the effects of type 2 diabetics management in urban community after applying Instruction to the Prevention and Cure of Type2 Diabetes in Residential Community Base.Methods To put 100 patients of the type 2 diabetes from five residential communities of Yuetan Sector, West District, Beijing, under strict medical management according to Instruction to the Prevention and Cure of Type 2 Diabetes in Residential Community Base as the object-patients from July, 2003 to November of 2003, to make comparisons of clinical quota, medical cost and compliance of the patients before and after the management.Results After three and half months, it showed that the HbA1c of the patients fell clearly (P<0.05) and the relevant medical cost increased slightly but it does not have much statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Instruction to Preventiing and Curing Type 2 Diabetes in Residential Community Base benefits the standardization of management of the type 2 diabetics in urban community, it can help raise the standard of glucose control of the patients while increasing little medical care cost.
