家兔脊椎与脊髓磁共振成像方法和表现

摘    要:目的探讨家兔脊椎与脊髓结构的磁共振成像方法和表现。方法对17只健康家兔的脊椎与脊髓结构进行磁共振矢状面和横断面检查,并总结分析其成像方法和表现。结果17只家兔在全麻下采用高场MRI扫描仪、头线圈、薄层扫描,均成功完成脊椎与脊髓结构的磁共振检查,选用体重≥2.0kg的家兔和采用仰卧体位有利于脊椎与脊髓结构的显示。结论应用磁共振成像检查家兔的脊椎与脊髓结构是一种有效可行的方法,今后可用来研究家兔脊椎与脊髓病变。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the magnetic resonan ce imaging(MRI )methods and findings of the spondyle and spinal cord of rabbit .Methods The MRI methods and findings of the sp ondyle and spinal cord were studied i n 17healthy rabbits,the scanning pl anes included horizontal and sagittal pl anes,the scanning sequences included SET 1 WI and TSET 2 WI.Results17rabbits were successfully un-dergone thin layer scanning MR on a 1.5T MR unit(Siemens)using head loop after intramuscular anaesthesia,the MRI quality of the spondyle and spinal cord would be better while the rabbits weighed higher than 2.0kg or /and were on their back.Conclusion The spondyle and spinal cord of rabbit can be successfully undergone MR on a 1.5T MR unit,the MRI methods and findings of the s pondyle and spinal cord of rabbit can be used to study the pathological changes of the spondyle and spinal.
