| 摘 要： | 目的对直接喷雾和氧气雾化吸入给药方式进行表面麻醉在纤维鼻咽喉镜检查术中麻醉效果的比较。方法将160例行纤维鼻咽喉镜检查术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组80例。实验组采用氧气雾化吸入给药方式,对照组采用直接喷雾给药方式,从咽反射消失、达到麻醉的有效时间、平均耗药量、患者接受用药方式舒适度等方面比较。结果两组咽反射消失及麻醉效果比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论氧气雾化吸入方式进行表面麻醉在纤维鼻咽喉镜检查手术中的效果优于直接喷雾方式,有效减轻患者心理和躯体应激反应的发生,提高患者对纤维鼻咽喉镜检查手术的耐受性。
