膀胱肿瘤的声像图分析及超声诊断价值

目的通过分析膀胱肿瘤的声像图表现,探讨超声显像在诊断膀胱肿瘤中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析39例膀胱肿瘤的声像图表现,结合彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)及腔内超声(经直肠或经阴道)技术,与膀胱镜及手术病理结果进行对照。结果35例为恶性,4例为良性,1例漏诊,1例误诊,超声诊断阳性率97.4%,准确率94.9%,误漏诊率5.1%。结论超声对膀胱肿瘤的早期诊断具有重要的临床应用价值,彩色多普勒及腔内超声可作为膀胱肿瘤的有效补充检查方法。

The imaging of bladder cancer and the diagnostic value of ultrasound

Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the sonogram echogram of bladder tumor and the application value of the ultrasonography in the diagnosis of bladder tumor. Methods Combined with CDFI and endoluminal sonography （transrectal or through vaginal） techniques, uhrasonographic features of 39 cases with bladder tumor were analyzed retrospectively,and compared with the pathological findings by cystoscope or operative. Results Among the 39 cases, 35 cases were malignant,4 cases were benign, 1 case was missed diagnosis,and I case was misdiagnosis.The positive rate was 97.4%, accuracy rate was 94.9%, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate was 5.1%. Conclusion Ultrasonography is of practical significance in early diagnosis of bladder tumor. CDFI and endoluminal sonography can be as an effectively complemental way to the diagnosis of bladder tumor.
