| 摘 要： | 目前,公务员由于工作压力日趋增大,其身体和心理状况正面临着危机。本文通过剖析当前公务员所面临的工作压力,家庭生活负担,造成的紧张焦虑,抑郁等心理危机,提出各级政府有必要建立和完善公务员的心理危机干预机制,提高其整体心理素质。

| Abstract: | More and more researches showed that civil servants were facing the crisis of body health and mental health.According to this point,this paper is to explore psychological crisis of the civil servants’anxiety,depression and tension since the pressure of work and family life burden and suggest government to build the mechanism of psychological crisis intervention of civil servants to improve the total mental quality of civil servants. |
