锁骨下动脉盗血综合征介入治疗的疗效观察

目的探讨锁骨下动脉盗血综合征的介入治疗方法及疗效。方法应用经皮血管腔内支架植入术治疗因锁骨下动脉狭窄/闭塞致锁骨下动脉盗血综合征患者12例。结果血管内支架成形术治疗锁骨下动脉狭窄/闭塞患者手术成功率高,12例患者左锁骨下动脉血流完全通畅、椎动脉血流方向恢复,局部并发症少,其中1例采用经肱动脉和股动脉双入路交换导丝贯通行血管内支架成形治疗。结论经皮血管腔内成形术治疗锁骨下动脉盗血综合征是一种创伤小、疗效满意的治疗方法。

Therapeutic effect of interventional therapy on subclavian steal syndrome

Objective To investigate the technique and clinical outcome of percutaneous transluninal angioplasty for subclavian steal syndrome. Methods Twelve patients with subclavian arterial stenosis/occlusion underwent endovascular stenting angioplasty. Results All procedures were successful. After the treatment the stenosis/occlusion of left subclavian artery were successfully recanalized and stents were implanted and the blood flow direction in vertebral arteries restored. No complications were found. Endovascular catheterization wa~ performed through both the brachial artery and the femoral artery. By using guidewire exchange technique a passage for stent delivery was thus established and the endov＆scular stenting angioplasty procedure was carried out. Conclusion For the treatment of subclavian alterial stenosis or occlusion endovascular stenting angioplasty is a simple and safe way with reliable effect.
