致病性念珠菌对人体的感染及其作用

采用芽管、厚膜孢子、菌膜、糖发酵等试验力法,从4386份临床标本中共检出念珠菌161株.经分类鉴定,以白色念珠菌及热带念珠菌所占比例为大,分别为31.2％及19.3％,且白色念珠菌与其它菌共存的检出量也最大,占56％(14/25)。白色念珠菌感染的标本,以痰及阴道分泌物为多,提示阴道念珠菌感染增加了新生儿脐周感染的机会。说明孕妇合理用药,注意新生儿脐周消毒对预防新生儿念珠菌感染有重要意义。

The Infection of Pathogenic Candida and Its Effect on Human

161 strain of candida from 4386 clinical samples were identified by germtube,chlamydospore,pellicle and sugar ferment test.The results showed that C.albicans and C.tropical were common species,the isolation rates of them were 31.2% and 19.3% respectively,other bacteria in C.albican positive clinical samples were also common,and the isolation rate was 56% (14/25).The sputum and vagina secretion were the most C.albican posi- tive clinical samples.It was suggested that candida infection in vagina increased the opportunity of infection in umbilical cord of newborn baby.In order to prevent candida infetion in newborn baby,it is important that pregnant women use necessory drugs and umbilical cord of newborn baby be sterilized.
