| 摘 要： | 目的:观察黄荆子木脂素VBE-3抑制人肝癌HepG2细胞生长作用。方法:体外培养HepG2细胞和人胚肝L-02细胞,MTT比色法测定细胞活性,细胞计数法检测细胞生长。结果:VBE-3选择性抑制HepG2细胞活性,呈浓度依赖性;同时选择性抑制HepG2细胞生长,呈时间依赖性。结论:VBE-3具有选择性抑制HepG2细胞生长作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the growth inhibitory effect of VBE-3,a lignan from the acetoacetate extract of Vitex negundo seed in human Hepatocellular Carcinoma HepG2 cell line in vitro.Methods The cell viability of HepG2 cell line and human embryo liver L-02 cell line were examined by MTT assay.The cell growth of both cell lines was determined by cell count method.Results VBE-3 significantly inhibited the cell viability of HepG2 cells in a concentration-dependent,and had little effective on L-02 cells.Meanwhile,VBE-3 also selectivity inhibited the cell growth of HepG2 cells in vitro.Conclusion VBE-3 selectivity inhibits the cell growth of HepG2 cells in vitro. |
