黄芪提取物对小鼠离体骨骼肌疲劳和恢复过程的影响

摘    要:目的:观察黄芪提取物(extract of Astragalus,EA)经灌胃和离体孵育后对小鼠骨骼肌疲劳和恢复过程中张力的影响。方法:1)动物经黄芪提取物灌胃给药7天后,分离趾长伸肌(EDL)和比目鱼肌(Soleus),采用低频电刺激造成骨骼肌疲劳,观察疲劳和恢复过程中张力的变化。2)分离正常动物骨骼肌后,通过黄芪提取物直接孵育30min,采用低频电刺激造成骨骼肌疲劳,观察疲劳和恢复过程中张力的变化。结果:黄芪提取物对离体电刺激造成的骨骼肌疲劳过程无明显影响,而对疲劳后恢复有明显的促进作用。在恢复过程中,黄芪提取物对比目鱼肌张力的恢复无明显影响,但可以显著加快趾长伸肌疲劳后张力的恢复。结论:黄芪可以加快离体电刺激造成的疲劳后趾长伸肌张力的恢复。

Abstract:Objective:to observe the effect of extract of Astragalus (EA) given by intragastric administration and incubation in vitro on fatigue and recovery protocol of mice. Methods: 1) EA was given by intragastric administration for 7 days , extensor digitorum longus (EDL) and soleus muscles were excised quickly, then fatigued by low-frequency electrical stimulation, the tensions of the fatigue and recovery were determined. 2) The normal EDL and soleus muscles were excised and incubated by EA for 30 min, then fatigued by low-frequency electrical stimulation, the rates of the fatigue and recovery were determined. Results: EA had no effect on the fatigue development but could accelerate recovery from muscle fatigue. For soleus muscles, the recovery rate was not affected by EA. For EDL muscles, the recovery rate was significant accelerated. Conclusion: EA could accelerate recovery of EDL muscles from fatigue.
