茵陈蒿汤HPLC指纹图谱初步研究

摘    要:目的:优选茵陈蒿汤HPLC指纹图谱色谱条件。方法:采用welch-materials XB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸(B)梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长254 nm,以标准品对照法初步鉴定茵陈蒿汤主要有效成分。结果和结论:该色谱条件下,茵陈蒿汤指纹图谱中8个成分得到鉴定,其中没食子酸、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚及大黄素甲醚来源于大黄,绿原酸和栀子苷来源于茵陈、栀子。

Abstract:Objective: To screen the HPLC chromatographic condition for establishing Yinchenhao decoction(YCHD) fingerprint.Methods: The method was established on a Welch-materials XB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase in gradient elution composed of acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B) flowed at 1 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 35℃ and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.The main active ingredients of YCHD were identified preliminarily by comparing with standard controls.Results and Conclusion: In this chromatographic condition,eight components in YCHD have been identified as galic acid,chlorogenic acid,geniposide,aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion.
