| 摘 要： | 建立了复方鱼腥草合剂的HPLC指纹图谱。色谱条件:Inertsil ODS-3柱,流动相为0.1%磷酸水溶液(A)和甲醇(B)梯度洗脱,检测波长320 nm,柱温35℃,流量1.0 mL.min-1。9个特征峰中3个(绿原酸、槲皮苷、黄芩苷)被归属。12批样品相似度系数均大于0.98。

| Abstract: | An HPLC fingerprint of Compound Yuxingcao mixture has been established.The chromotographic conditions are: Inertsil ODS-3 column,0.1% phosphoric acid(A) and methanol(B) for gradient elution.There are nine special peaks including chlorogenic acid,quercetrin and baicalin.Twelve batches of samples were determined and their similarity degree were all greater than 0.98. |
