摘    要:建立基于离子液体的分散液液微萃取-HPLC法测定藿香正气口服液中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的方法。厚朴酚与和厚朴酚分别在0.4~8μg.mL-1、0.3~6μg.mL-1的范围内,线性关系良好(r>0.9998)。本方法简便、灵敏,适用于中药制剂中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量测定。

Abstract:An ionic liquid based dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME)-HPLC method for the determination of magnolol and honokiol in Huoxiangzhengqi oral solution was established.Under the optimum condition,good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.4~8 μg·mL-1 and 0.3~6 μg·mL-1 for magnolol and honokiol,respectively,with the correlation coefficient >0.9998.The method was simple,sensitive and can be used to determine the content of magnolol and honokiol in Chinese Medicine Preparations.
