急性脑血管病患者内源性氧化剂及抗氧化剂含量的临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察脑出血(CH),脑梗死(CI)患者血清,一氧化氮(NO),一氧化氮合酶(NOS),丙二醛(MDA),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),维生素C(VitC),维生素E(VitE)的水平动态变化及其临床意义。 方法:选择急性脑血管病(ACVD)患者114例,其中C1组和65例,CH组49例,通过生物化学方法检测血清NO,NOS,MDA,SOD,VitE,VitC含量并与对照组进行对照。结果:CI组,CH组NO,NOS,MDA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),于发病后1周内显著升高,2周或3周开始下降,SOD,VitE,VitC水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),于发病后1周内显著降低,结论:ACVD患者NO,NOS,MDA早期含量明显升,高,参与了ACVD脑组织损伤的病重过程。

Abstract:To in vestigate levels of nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS). molondialehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD). VitE and VitC in serum and the clinical significance in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction. Methods: The levels of NO and NOS and MDA and SOD and VitE and VitC in serum were measured by biochemical assays in 114 cases with acute cerebrovascular disease (ACVD) and control group subjects. 114 patients were divided into cerebral hemorrhage group (49 cases), cerebral infarction group (65 cases). Results: The levels of NO and NOS and MDA in serum in the two group were higher than that in control group (P < 0.01). The levels of NO and NOS and MDA in serum in the two groups started to increase significantly during first week. They begin to dectease from the two week or three week SOD and VitE and VitC serum levels was significuntly lower than that of controls (P<0.01). The levels of SOD and VitE and VitC in serum in the two groups started to lower significantly during first week. Conclusions: These findings suggest NO and NOS and MDA it plays an important role in pathological procedure of cerebral damage after ACVD.
