加速康复外科理念在乳腺癌围术期中的应用及对康复效果的影响

目的探讨加速康复外科(FTS)理念在乳腺癌围术期中的应用及对康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院收治的乳腺癌患者86例,将乳腺癌围术期FTS理念实施前收治患者43例作为对照组,将乳腺癌围术期实施FTS理念后收治患者43例作为研究组,分析两组患者术后康复情况。结果研究组并发症与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组出院当天患肢可抬高至同侧头顶患者例数以及出院后1个月患肢可抬高至触摸对侧耳朵患者例数高于对照组,住院时间、手术区域愈合时间以及恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对接受手术治疗的乳腺癌患者实施FTS理念的护理干预,可以有效缩短患者住院时间,促进患者肢体功能恢复。

Application of the concept of fast-track surgery in perioperative period of breast cancer and its effect on rehabilitation

Objective To explore the application of fast-track surgery(FTS)concept in perioperative period of breast cancer and its effect on rehabilitation.Methods A total of 86 breast cancer patients admitted to the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Shantou University Medical College from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected,and 43 patients admitted before the implementation of FTS concept during the perioperative period of breast cancer were selected as the control group,and 43 patients admitted after the implementation of FTS concept during the perioperative period of breast cancer were selected as the study group,and the postoperative recovery of the two groups of patients was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between the complications of the study group and the control group(P>0.05).In the study group,the number of patients whose limbs could be raised to the top of the ipsilateral head on the day of discharge and the number of patients whose limbs could be raised to touch the contralateral ear one month after discharge were higher than those in the control group,and the length of hospital stay,healing time and recovery time of the surgical area were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention with the concept of FTS for breast cancer patients receiving surgical treatment can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay and promote the recovery of limb function of patients.
