植入式输液港与外周静脉置入中心静脉导管在化疗患者中的长期随访效果

目的探讨植入式输液港(IVAP)与外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在化疗患者中的长期随访效果。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月在茂名市中医院接受化疗的患者120例,按照患者意愿将其分为甲组(应用PICC,60例)和乙组(应用IVAP,60例)。对两组患者进行为期36个月的随访,观察和比较两组患者随访期间的一次性操作成功率、导管相关性并发症发生情况、舒适度评分,并在最后一次随访时调查护理满意度。结果两组患者一次性操作成功率均为100.00%。乙组患者的导管相关性并发症发生率显著低于甲组;两组患者置管后28 d的舒适度均高于置管后1 d,其中乙组患者置管后1 d和28 d的舒适度评分均高于甲组;乙组患者的满意度(96.67%),显著高于甲组(81.67%);差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论虽然IVAP与PICC在常规化疗患者的置管过程均安全可靠,但IVAP的并发症发生率更低,且患者舒适度更高,同时更能有效确保化疗患者的隐私。

Long-term follow-up effect of implantable venous accessport and peripherally inserted central catheter in chemotherapy patients

Objective To investigate the long-term follow-up effect of implantable venous accessport(IVAP)and peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)in chemotherapy patients.Methods A total of 120 patients receiving chemotherapy in this hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into group A(PICC,60 cases)and group B(IVAP,60 cases)according to their wishes.Patients in the two groups were followed up for 36 months.The success rate of one-time operation,incidence of catheter-related complications and comfort score were observed and compared between the two groups during the follow-up,and nursing satisfaction was investigated at the last follow-up.Results The success rate of one-time operation was 100.00%in both groups.The incidence of catheter-related complications in group B was significantly lower than that in group A.The comfort level of patients in both groups on 28 days after catheterization was higher than that on 1 day after catheterization,and the comfort level of patients in group B on 1 day and 28 days after catheterization was higher than that in group A.The satisfaction of group B(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of group A(81.67%),and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Both IVAP and PICC are safe and reliable in the catheterization process of conventional chemotherapy patients.IVAP has lower complication rate,higher patient comfort,and can effectively ensure the privacy of chemotherapy patients.
