优质护理在晚期肺癌患者中的临床应用及对生活质量的影响

目的：分析优质护理在晚期肺癌患者中的临床应用及对生活质量的影响。方法：2019年6月-2022年1月为研究时间,在此期间收治并自愿加入研究的90例晚期肺癌患者为研究对象,随机分组后对不同组别内的患者采用不同护理方式干预,对照组为常规护理,实验组为优质护理,对比应用效果。结果：本研究实验组患者护理满意度高于对照组,护理后的生活质量改善优于对照组且心理状态优于对照组,P＜0.05。结论：晚期肺癌患者采用优质护理干预与不但会改善患者的身体健康以及延长其生存期,同时对患者的心理状态也起到比较理想的调节作用,从而提高患者生活质量。

Clinical application of quality nursing in patients with advanced lung cancer and its influence on quality of life

Objective: to analyze the clinical application of quality nursing in patients with advanced lung cancer and its impact on quality of life. Methods: the study period was from June 2019 to January 2022. 90 patients with advanced lung cancer who were admitted and volunteered to participate in the study during this period were taken as the study objects. After randomization, different nursing methods were used to intervene patients in different groups. The control group was routine nursing, and the experimental group was high-quality nursing. The application effects were compared. Results: in this study, the patients in the experimental group were more satisfied with nursing than those in the control group, and their quality of life and psychological status after nursing were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: high quality nursing intervention for patients with advanced lung cancer will not only improve their physical health and prolong their survival, but also play an ideal role in regulating their psychological state, thus improving their quality of life.
