循证护理对乳腺癌患者PICC与静脉输液港满意度的影响

目的探讨循证护理对乳腺癌患者经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)与静脉输液港(IVAP)满意度的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月河南省人民医院收治的乳腺癌患者660例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用循证护理方法。比较两组患者管路留置时间、导管维护间隔时间、导管维护操作时间、生活质量评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、满意度、并发症。结果研究组管路留置时间、导管维护间隔时间长于对照组(P<0.05),导管维护操作时间短于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症少于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论乳腺癌患者PICC与IVAP的治疗期间,循证护理效果显著,值得推广。

Effect of evidence-based nursing on PICC and implantable venous accessport satisfaction in breast cancer patients

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on breast cancer patients'satisfaction with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)and implantable venous accessport(IVAP).Methods A total of 660 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to this hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The study group was treated with evidence-based nursing.Catheter indwelling time,catheter maintenance interval,catheter maintenance operation time,quality of life score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The indwelling time and the interval of catheter maintenance in the study group were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05),the operation time of catheter maintenance in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),SDS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),complications in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusions During the treatment of PICC and IVAP in breast cancer patients,evidence-based nursing has significant effect,which is worthy of promotion.
