| 摘 要： | 目的：通过加强对患者的安全管理，防范住院患者跌倒事件的发生，患者护理的安全性。方法：运用“住院患者跌倒危险因素评估表”，加强对院时及住院期间的跌倒危险因素的预见性及动态护理评估，对住院患者跌素评估评分》1分者，制定并落实防范住院患者跌倒的护理安全管理措施。过对患者在住院前的既往史、住院后现病史的评估，有预见性地并及时地价和处理潜在的跌倒风险因素，避免患者在住院时发生跌倒事件，保证了在住院期间的安全性。结论：综合评估患者住院前、住院期间的生理与心加强与患者家人及患者的沟通，能预见性地发现患者潜在的跌倒危险因素，士安全防范意识及护理安全性，保证住院患者的安全具有积极意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To Strengthen safe management of inpatients and prevent fall in order to increase the nursing safety. Methods： Inpatients received nursing assessment predictably and dynamically by using ＂inpatient fall risk factor assessment chart＂. Inpatients with scores more than 1 received safe measures to prevent fall. Results： By assessing the past medical history and present history, nurses recognized, assessed, and treated fall risk factors predictably and promptly. The fall events avoided and inpatients＇ safety was safeguarded. Conclusion： Assessing inpatients＇ physiological and psychological state, communicating with patients and their families could discover fall risk factors. It could increase nurses safe prevention awareness and nursing safety, and guarantee inpatients＇ safety. |
