单硝酸异山梨酯与注射用氨力农的配伍稳定性

摘    要:目的研究单硝酸异山梨酯注射剂与注射用氨力农的配伍稳定性。方法将单硝酸异山梨酯与注射用氨力农按临床用药浓度稀释于0.9%氯化钠注射剂中,用HPLC法测定配伍液在不同配伍时间的单硝酸异山梨酯和氨力农的含量变化,同时测定和比较配伍溶液的pH值、不溶性微粒数和外观。结果24h内,配伍液pH无明显变化(3.42),不溶性微粒符合要求,配伍液中单硝酸异山梨酯含量无明显变化,氨力农含量呈下降趋势,与配伍即刻相比,24h含量下降约2%。24h色谱图显示配伍液中出现杂质峰。结论单硝酸异山梨酯注射剂和氨力农配伍后应于8h内输注完毕,对于需要更长输液时间的,则应分别单独使用。

Abstract:AIM To investigate the compatible stability of isosorbide mononitrate (5-IS) combined with amrinone (ARN) in infusion solution. METHODS The 5-IS injection and ARN were dissolved into 0.9% sodium chloride injec- tion based on the instruction of concentration from clinical medication respectively, and then a mixture was produced. The contents of 5-IS and ARN were determinded by HPLC respectively in different times within 24 h after mixing. The correlative pH and number of insoluble particles in the mixture of two drugs were also investigated. RESULTS Within 24 h, the average pH of the mixture was 3.42. The insoluble particles met the requirements. The content of 5-IS had no obvious change while the content of ARN was on the decline. Compared with mixed instantly, the content of ARN was down about 2 percent and the chromatogram showed impurity peak in 24 h. CONCLUSION The mixture of 5-IS and ARN should be finished within a 8-hour infusion after mixing, but for longer infusion time, the two medicines should be administrated separately.
