临床药师干预对我院Ⅰ类切口手术预防性应用抗菌药物的影响

目的探讨临床药师干预对Ⅰ类切口手术预防性应用抗菌药物的影响。方法调查我院2011年1—2月（干预前组，281例）和2013年1—2月（干预后组，294例）出院的，在我院实施过Ⅰ类切口手术患者的病例资料，分析其抗菌药物的使用情况。结果Ⅰ类切口手术的抗菌药物使用率由62．99％下降至33．67％，抗菌药物联合用药比例从24．29％下降至0，抗菌药物选择的合理率从33．33％上升至58．59％。结论临床药师干预促进了Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物合理使用。

Effect of intervention of clinical pharmacists on prophylactic uses of antibacterial drugs in type [ incision operation

AIM To investigate the effect of intervention of clinical pharmacists on prophylactic uses of antibacte- rial drugs in type I incision operation. METHODS A total of 575 patients who underwent type I incision operation and discharged in Jan-Feb 2011 and Jan-Feb 2013 were selected, then the application of antibacterial drugs was investigated The patients who discharged in Jan-Feb 2011 （281 cases）were set as the group before intervention and the patients who discharged in Jan-Feb 2013（294 cases） were set as the group after intervention, respectively , and the investigated data were analyzed. RESULTS The utilization rate of antibacterial drugs decreased from 62.99 % to 33.67 %, the combina- tion use rate of antibacterial drugs decreased from 24.29 % to O, and the rationality rate of antibacterial drugs choice in- creased from 33.33 % to 58.59 % after the intervention. CONCLUSION The rational use of antibacterial drugs in type I incision operation can be promoted by intervention of clinical pharmacists.
