| 摘 要： | 检测156例2型糖尿病（T2DM）和60名正常人血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1（PAI-1）启动子4G／5G多态性，与有关临床指标作相关分析，结果提示PAI-1基因4G／SG多态性可能与T2DM发生冠心病相关。

| Abstract: | 156 inpatient with type 2 diabetes and 60 normal control were analyzed,the 4G/5G polymorphism in the PAI-1 gene promoter region were genotyped. The results suggested that 4G allele of PAI-1 gene might be a risk factor for type 2 diabetes complicated with cornary heart disease. |
