摘    要:目的:为探讨三氯醋酸与Carnoy液局部应用时对血管壁可能造成的损伤和组织的修复情况。方法:采用动物实验的方法,分别以35%三氯醋酸、20%三氯醋酸、Carnoy液及生理盐水涂布于兔血管壁4分钟,术后第1天,第1、4、8周切取标本行组织学、酶组织化学及透射电镜检查。结果:药液作用后第1天血管壁各层乳酸脱氢酶活性均丧失或减弱,但组织学检查未发现结构破坏。术后第1周,血管壁胶原纤维和平滑肌细胞坏死,内皮细胞坏死脱落。第4~8周,血管内皮及平滑肌逐渐恢复正常。结论:实验中使用的药液直接作用时间不超过4分钟时,受损血管可被修复

Abstract:Objective In order to study of effects of trichloroacetic acid and Carony's solution on the vessel walls.Method Sixteen rabbits were used and the vessel walls were spread with 35% TCA、20% TCA、Carony's solution and physiological salt solution respectively for 4 minutes. The animal were separately sacrified at 1 day and 1, 4, 8 weeks postoperatively. The specimens were made for histopathological、enzyme histochemical and transimission electron microscope observation.Results In the experimental animals at 1 day, no destruction of vessel wall was observed, but the stain of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were negative, at 1 week collagen fibrils and smooth muscle cells were necrosed and endothelial cells were also necrosed and peeled. At 4 weeks, the regenerative cells were obvious, and at 8 weeks their constructure and stain of LDH were almost normal. Conclusion The injuried vessel will be grdually repaired when they are contacted with TCA and Carnoy's solution within 4 minutes.
