老年痴呆早期神经心理测验评估

目的：探讨老年痴呆早期人群的神经心理变化，协助早期诊断与治疗。方法：以老年性痴呆（AD）早期的45例病人（AD组），血管性痴呆（VD）早期的47例病人（VD组）及15例健康老人（健康组）为对象，分别用痴呆简易筛查量表（BSSD），视觉保持测验（VRT），数字广度测验（DS），快速词汇测验（RVR），日常生活能力量表（ADL）及社会生活能力功能调查量表（POD）进行测量，结果：AD，VD组BSSD评分，VRT成绩正确分，DS总分均显著低于健康组（P＜0．01，P＜0．05），RVR，ADL及POD评定正常者均显著少于健康组（均P＜0．01），结论：老年痴呆早期人群存在一系列认知功能的减退，应引起高度重视，早期发现和治疗。

Early Neuropsychological Assessement of the Patients with Senile Dementia

Objective To investigate the early neuropsychological changes of the patients with senile dementia (SD) for early diagnosis and treatment. Methods Forty five cases of early Alzheimer Disease (AD group), 47 cases of early vascular dementia (VD) (VD group) and 15 healthy old volunteers (healthy group) received the tests of BSSD, VRT, DS, RVR, ADL and POD. Results In the groups of AD and VD, BSSD scores, VRT recording correct scores, DS total scores were all obviously lower than in the healthy group ( P <0 01, P <0 05). In addition, in the VD and AD groups, the cases with normal assessment of RVR, ADL and POD were less than in the healthy group ( P <0 01).Conclusion The patients with early SD had a cognitive hypofunction, which shoud be early diagnosed and treated.
