城乡结合部低档涉性场所艾滋病高危行为现状调查

目的了解城乡结合部低档涉性场所艾滋病高危行为现状,为制订防治措施提供依据。方法通过分层整群抽样,对305家目标场所的业主及538名暗娼(CSW)进行现状调查,运用Epi Data 3.1和SPSS 11.5软件对数据进行汇总和统计分析。结果目标场所卫生状况差,CSW健康证持证比例低,以初中和小学文化程度的非在婚者居多,平均年龄较大,初次性行为及初次商业性行为的平均年龄分别为23.9岁和28.1岁,50.9%的CSW最近一月的商业性行为中曾有不使用安全套经历;CSW出现性相关疾病症状的比例为23.5%,多数选择私人诊所就诊或自己买药治疗;目标场所CSW防艾干预措施和服务工作等开展不平衡。结论城乡结合部低档涉性场所开展预防艾滋病工作的基本面令人堪忧,应加大对此类场所艾滋病主动监测和干预工作力度,加强开展100%使用安全套项目、同伴教育及自愿咨询检测项目;建议借鉴交通、司法等部门的相关经验,在此类目标场所开展艾滋病传播典型案例的宣传教育活动。

Cross-sectional study on HIV/AIDS related high risk behaviors in low graded sex venues located in the junctions of urban and suburb areas

Objective To understand current situation of HIV/AIDS related high risk behaviors in low graded sex venues located in junctions of suburbs and urban areas,and to provide evidence for the development of appropriate preventive interventions.Methods A cross-sectional study was carried out to investigate the owners of the target venues and the CSWs working there by the method of stratified cluster sampling.The statistical analysis of the data was completed by the software of Epi Data 3.1 and SPSS 11.5.Results The sanitation of the target venues was bad,and the proportion of the CSWs with health certificates was low.Majority of the CSWs were un-married,and most of them were graduated from junior high schools or primary schools,and their mean age was high.The average age when the CSWs had the first sexual intercourse and the first commercial sexual intercourse was 23.9 and 28.1 years,respectively;50.9% of them had commercial sex behavior without using condoms in the recent past month;23.5% of the CSWs complained of STDs symptoms,and 60.6% of them preferred to consult private doctor or buy drugs by themselves.There were some gaps in implementing HIV/AIDS related interventions and preventive measures in target venues.Conclusion The basic condition of HIV/AIDS prevention and care is disturbing in junctions of suburbs and urban areas.It is very important to strengthen the surveillance and regulation in these places,to further promote 100% CUP,peer education and the VCT programs.It is suggested that the experience of traffic or judicial departments be utilized to promote health publicity and education activities in these target venues via typical HIV/AIDS cases.
