旋转托扳手法治疗学龄青少年颈痛的初步临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨青少年颈痛的病理机制,观察旋转托扳手法治疗青少年颈痛患者恢复情况和临床结果。方法:回顾性分析2005年3月~2009年2月门诊收治的9~25岁93例颈痛患者的临床资料,治疗采用根据孙树椿颈椎病治疗手法整理的旋转托扳手法,每周治疗3次,治疗周期为2周。嘱患者练习颈部屈伸旋转功能锻炼。结果:根据《中医病证诊断疗效标准》颈椎病的疗效标准,治疗结果:治愈51(54.84%)、好转40(43.01%)、未愈2(2.15%)。X线复查椎体旋转9例、侧弯2例;齿状突偏歪2例;颈椎曲度变直、反张5例;前屈不稳4例、后伸不稳3例。结论:学龄青少年颈痛是一种颈部力学系统平衡失调的病理状态,病理变化是可逆的,与颈椎病退行性病变的性质有本质的不同。因此,应称之为青少年颈椎失稳综合征。通过中医旋转托扳手法治疗,配合颈部功能锻炼,对本病有良好疗效。
