Syncage在颈椎融合术中的应用

目的:探讨颈椎前路融合器Syncage在颈椎前路融合术中的应用效果。方法:2001年1月~2002年10月,对23例脊髓型颈椎病、11例颈椎间盘突出症和1例神经根型颈椎病患者行颈椎前路融合手术,小切口入路(3~4cm),椎间盘及部分椎体后缘切除后,保留椎体终板,椎间隙置入带自体松质骨的盘状或楔状Syncage。以手术前后X线片及JOA评分分析疗效。结果:35例随访7~17个月,平均12.1个月,置入的Syncage无移位、脱出,病变椎间隙恢复正常,术后半年时已有骨性融合。术前JOA评分平均10.30分,术后14.76分,二者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:应用Syncage的颈椎前路融合术手术创伤小,病人术后恢复快,能早期活动,椎间融合牢固,短期疗效优良。

Application of Syncage for cervical intervertebral fusion

Objective:To evaluate the application of Syncage in the surgery on anterior cervical intervertebral fusion.Method:The operations and results of the surgery on anterior cervical intervertebral fusion in 23 patients with cervical spondylotic myeolopathy,11 cases with cervical intervertebral disc herniation and one with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,from January 2001 to October 2002,were reviewed.Disc-shaped or wedge-shaped Syncage filled with autocancellous bone were implanted between the cervical vertebrae and the endplates were preserved after the cervical intervertebral disc and some parts of the posterior border of the vertebral body were removed.Every patient had a short neck incision and was assessed with JOA score.Result:The movement of the implanted Syncage were not found in the duration of follow-up ranged from 7~17 months,with an average of 12.1 months.All the involved heights of the cervical intervertebral spaces were restored.Bony fusion could be found 6 months post operatively.The average JOA was 10.3 before operation and 14.76 after the operation.There was highly significant variation between the former and the latter.Conclusion:The patient can restore and get up to walk quickly after the application of Syncage for anterior cervical intervertebral fusion which specializes in microtrauma,firm cervical intervertebral fusion and excellent results show in short term.
