儿童心血管疾病预防知识干预实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨对儿童心血管疾病预防知识进行干预的方法、途径和内容。方法:通过对山西省太原市桃园小学3-5年级儿童的心血管疾病预防知识状况进行测查,发现儿童在心血管疾病预防知识掌握方面存在一定问题。在基线测查的基础上,根据研究目的将被试儿童分为干预组和对照组,经统计学检验两组被试的均衡性较好。对干预组儿童进行了1个学期的干预实验。干预后复制。结果:干预组儿童心血管疾病预防知识得分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:本次干预实验方法可行,内容适当。

Abstract:Objective To set a valid,feasible and reliable intervention way to help the children improve the level of the preventive knowledge of cardiovascular disease(CVD).Methods Children of grades 3,4 and 5 in Taoyuan Elementary School in Taiyuan,Shanxi Province were examined by self designed questionnaire named preventive knowledge of CVD and were assigned to intervention group and control group.The balance between the two groups was tested statistically.The children of the intervention group received intervention for half a year.After intervention the preventive knowledge of CVD of children in both groups were assessed again.Results The mean score of the preventive knowledge of CVD of intervention group were significantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.01 ).Conclusions The methods of the intervention study are appropriated and the contents of the intervention are suitable.
