| 摘 要： | 为探讨米非司酮配伍前列腺素终止早孕的剂量及服用方法，对１０３５例妊娠≤４９天的妇女，按服用米非司酮不同剂量，一次服用２００ｍｇ或１５０ｍｇ，和分次服用１５０ｍｇ或１２５ｍｇ，并于第三或四天配伍卡前列甲酯栓或米素前列醇，分为８组，观察终止妊娠效果。结果：８组中，除一次服用米非司酮１５０ｍｇ外，其它各组的完全流产率均为９２％以上。应用前列腺素后排出胎囊的时间，米索前列醇比卡前列甲酯栓为短；胃肠道反应，米索前列醇比卡前列甲酯栓为轻。提示：一次眼用米非司酮，必需服用２００ｍｇ才可达到９０％以上的流产效果。
