臭氧水疗辅助治疗天疱疮的疗效

目的：观察臭氧水疗辅助治疗寻常型天疱疮患者的疗效。方法：32例住院治疗的寻常型天疱疮患者使用 臭氧水疗作为皮疹的辅助治疗；同期住院治疗的34例寻常型天疱疮患者采用高锰酸钾溶液湿敷或泡澡作为对照。两 组患者治疗中均使用激素及免疫抑制药作为主要的治疗手段。观察患者住院期间皮疹好转情况，皮疹处细菌感染情 况及抗生素的使用率，评价患者满意度，对两组疗效进行比较。结果：臭氧水疗组与对照组的疗效及平均住院日 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；但住院期间臭氧水疗组抗生素使用率较对照组显著减少(P=0.039)，治疗第7天患者对臭 氧水疗的满意度明显高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论：臭氧水疗是天疱疮安全有效的辅助治疗手段，可以减少抗生素的 使用率。

Curative effect of ozone hydrotherapy for pemphigus

Objective: To determine clinical curative eff ects of ozone therapy for pemphigus vulgaris. Methods: Ozone hydrotherapy was used as an aid treatment for 32 patients with pemphigus vulgaris. The hydropathic compression of potassium permanganate solution for 34 patients with pemphigus vulgaris served as a control. Th e main treatment for both groups were glucocorticoids and immune inhibitors. The lesions of patients, bacterial infection, usage of antibiotics, patient’s satisfaction, and clinical curative eff ect were evaluated in the 2 groups. Results: Th ere was no signifi cant diff erence in the curative eff ect and the average length of staying at hospital between the 2 groups (P>0.05). But rate for the usage of antibiotics was signifi cantly reduced in the group of ozone hydrotherapy (P=0.039). Th e patients were more satisfi ed in using ozone hydrotherapy than the potassium permanganate solution aft er 7-day therapy (P>0.05). Conclusion: Ozone hydrotherapy is a safe and eff ective aid method for pemphigus vulgaris. It can reduce the usage of antibiotics.
