| 摘 要： | 软骨肉瘤是一种恶性肿瘤，起源于颧弓的软骨肉瘤非常罕见，对放射治疗和化学药物治疗敏感性差，外科手术是目前治疗的主要手段。中南大学湘雅医院收治一例起源于颧弓的青年软骨肉瘤患者，术中全切肿瘤，术后未进行放射治疗和化学药物治疗，随访4年，恢复良好。

| Abstract: | Chondrosarcoma original from the zygomatic arch is a very rare disease with high malignancy.Surgery is the main means of treatment at present for duo to its poor sensitivity toradiochemotherapy. We reported a young patient who was recovery well in a 4-years follow-upwithout radiochemotherapy aft er a total resection of the tumor. |
