| 摘 要： | 目的:在常规治疗基础上,观察关刺四缝穴对中风后手指痉挛性瘫的改善情况。方法:将64例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。两组均采用常规药物治疗,对照组予以常规针刺治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,予关刺患侧四缝穴。每日1次,治疗6 d、休息1 d,共治疗2周。观察两组患者治疗前后Fugl-Meyer评价量表(FMA)中的手指评分、Brunnstrom运动功能评定分级、修订的Ashworth痉挛评定分级的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者Fugl-Meyer评分均较治疗前提高(均P<0.01),观察组Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗后Brunnstrom运动功能评定分级、修订的Ashworth痉挛评定分级均改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:关刺四缝穴能有效改善中风后患者手指痉挛性瘫的状态。
