| 摘 要： | 1例以鼻部皮肤受累为首发表现的结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(鼻型)患者，男，29岁，因左侧鼻翼肿胀伴间歇高热1个月，口腔、左鼻孔口溃烂及左眼周红肿1周就诊。体格检查表现为左鼻翼部肿胀，左鼻孔下方皮肤浅表糜烂、结痂。口腔上腭部及两侧颊黏膜可见多个大小不等的溃疡面。双侧眼睑红肿(左侧明显)，双眼结膜充血，结合皮肤组织病理学及免疫组织化学检查符合鼻部NK/T细胞淋巴瘤诊断。

| Abstract: | A 29-year-old male patient with extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, a nasal type lymphoma withinvolvement of skin as the first symptom, was reported. The patient presented with swelling inthe left side of the nose and suff ered intermitt ent fever for 1 month. Th e fester in the oral mucosaand skin under the left nostril and redness, and the swelling on the orbit of the left eye lasted for 1week. Physical examination showed that the left side of nose was swelling, and the skin below theleft nostril was anabrotic and crusted. Th ere were diff erent ulcers in his jaws and buccal mucosa.Bilateral eyelid was redness and swelling, especially in the left side. Binocular conjunctival wascongestive. Th e diagnosis of extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (nasal type) was confi rmed by biopsyand immunohistochemistry. |
