| 摘 要： | 目的探讨婴幼儿泪囊炎治疗方法及泪道探通术年龄。方法对2001年1月至2004年4月诊治的129例（153眼）婴幼儿泪囊炎进行回顾性分析。结果挤压按摩加泪道加压冲洗治愈56眼（36.6％），泪道探通术治愈96眼（62．75％），泪囊鼻腔吻合术治愈1眼（0．65％）。结论治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎要采取综合疗法，保守疗法无效再改用泪道探通术。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effective and simple way to treat children's dacryocystitis and the age of probing of lacrimal passage.Methods 129 cases(153eyes) of children's dacryocystitis were treated retrospectively analyzed.Results 56 eyes(36.3%) were cured with a conservative policy.96 eyes(62.75%)were cured with probing of lacrimal passage.1 eye(0.65%) was cured with dacryocystor hinostomy.Conclusion Complex therapy should be used to treat children's dacryocystitis. |
