| 摘 要： | 目的卫生处理质量控制由事后检查转向事前控制。方法通过引进环节控制新概念，重点介绍环节控制的内容、控制点的设置和验证程序。结果环节控制的内容是保证口岸卫生处理质量控制的提升前提，环节控制点的设置是保证口岸卫生处理质量控制的有力措施，环节控制的验证是保证口岸卫生处理质量控制的重要手段。结论口岸卫生处理工作只有通过环节控制，才能规范卫生处理药品器械、现场操作和安全防护等各项工作的管理。
