骨显像检查饮水及排尿困难患者的护理

目的探讨护理对饮水及排尿困难患者的骨显像图像质量的影响。方法将72例有饮水及排尿困难患者随机分为两组：给予护理指导的36例（实验组），护理内容包括检查前对患者的心理护理，解答他们提出的各种问题，利用常规治疗的静脉输液量缓解部分有饮水困难患者的压力，采用多种饮品便于患者饮用，开展腹部按摩帮助患者排尿。无护理指导的36例（对照组）。对两组饮水、排尿情况及图像质量进行对比分析。结果实验组患者足量饮水和及时排尿完成情况优于对照组（P〈0．05）。实验组图像质量优于对照组（P〈0．05），两组差异均有统计学意义。结论采用护理指导可缓解患者行骨显像检查的紧张情绪从而提高主动饮水能力。有效指导患者排尿，减少膀胱过度充盈显影对骨盆的遮挡，使骨显像图像质量得到保障。

Nursing care to the patients with drinking water difficulty and dysuresia in the bone imaging examination patients

Objective To explore the influence of the nursing care to the quality of the bone imaging for patients with drinking water difficulty and dysuresia.Methods 72 patients with drinking water difficulty and dysuresia were randomly divided into two groups:giving nursing instruction of 36 case(test group)and others not giving nursing instructions(control group).The nursing instruction included psychological nursing,answering their questions,intravenous transfusion,drinking many kinds of drinks,abdominal massage,et al.The drinking,miction conditions and the quality of imaging were compared between the test group and the control group.Results There was significant difference of the drinking,miction conditions and the quality of imaging between the two groups.The drinking,miction conditions and the quality of imaging of the test group were better than the control(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing instruction could relieve the emotional tension in the bone scanning and improved the ability of drinking.The effective instructions of urinating could reduce the influence of pelvic shade for patients with bladder image enhancement and ensure the quality of bone image.
