| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病患者自我血糖监测现状及教育效果。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查表，对200例门诊糖尿病患者进行自我血糖监测意识及知识、技能掌握情况调查，并进行相关健康教育，6个月后评价教育效果。结果大部分糖尿病患者对自我血糖监测的重要性认识不足，对自我血糖监测的知识、技能掌握不够，对其进行教育干预后，患者自我血糖监测状况明显好转，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论糖尿病患者自我血糖监测现状不容乐观，应加强对糖尿病患者自我血糖监测的健康教育，提高糖尿病患者自我血糖监测的认知水平和依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the present situation of diabetic patients' self-monitoring of blood glucose(SMBG)and effect of health education intervention.Methods 200 diabetic outpatients were investigated about SMBG consciousness and related knowledge and skill by self-designed questionnaire, and were given related health education, and then education effect was appraised after 6 months.Results The majority of diabetic patients' understanding of SMBG and knowledge and skill were insufficient, and the condition was better obviously after education intervention(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions The present situation of SMBG was unoptimistic, and education about SMBG to diabetic patients should be strengthened, and diabetic patients' acknowledge and compliance of SMBG should also be enhanced. |
