实习护生健康教育能力的调查研究

目的了解实习护生的健康教育能力,探讨影响护生健康教育能力的相关因素,为提高护生健康教育水平及相应的教学改革提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对在福建医科大学3所教学医院抽取的实习护生164人进行调查。结果实习护生健康教育能力评分为（138．6±14．6）分,处于中等水平。实习护生的健康教育能力评分的影响因素有实习时间（t=4．520,P〈0．05）、健康教育的实践经历（t=4．201,19〈0．05）、健康教育的培训（t=3．918,P〈0．01）及在ICU的实习（t=3．256,P〈0．05）。结论实习护生健康教育能力总体水平不容乐观,有待于系统的培训和实践的训练。

Study of health education competence of nursing interns

Objective To explore heahh education competence and relevant factors of nursing interns in order to provide basis for teaching innovation to improve health education competence of nursing students.Methods A cross-sectional survey was carried out. 164 nursing interns in three teaching hospitals of Fujian Medical University completed the questionnaires in January 2010. Results The average score was ( 138.6 ±14.6) points out of 190 points. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the factors affecting health education competence were : duration of internship ( t = 4. 520, P < 0. 05 ), experience of health education ( t =4. 201 ,P <0. 01 ), health education training ( t = 3. 918, P < 0. 01 ) and internship in ICU ( t = 3. 256, P <0. 05). Conclusions Health education competence of nursing interns is not optimistic and calls for systematic training and practicing.
