合理情绪疗法预防老年开胸术后肺不张的效果

目的探讨合理情绪疗法预防老年开胸术后肺不张的效果。方法对68例老年开胸术患者随机分为两组,对照组33例采用胸外科常规护理和传统的胸部物理治疗,实验组35例在对照组的基础上提供合理情绪疗法。两组分别于术前、术后7d采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）对焦虑情绪进行评分,同时对排痰效果、配合程度和术后肺不张发生率进行分析。结果术后1周SAS评分实验组为（37．72±10．78）分,对照组为（48．31±8．12）分,两组SAS评分有效率、排痰效果、配合程度和术后肺不张发生率的比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论合理情绪疗法可有效预防老年开胸术后肺不张发生。

Effect of rational-emotive therapy for preventing atelectasis in senile patients after chest surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of rational-emotive therapy for preventing atelectasis of senile patients underwent chest surgery.Methods 68 senile patients underwent chest surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups,routine nursing and conventional physical therapy were given to 33 patients in control group,based on methods in control group,rational-emotive therapy was applied to 35 patients in experimental group.Using SAS to evaluate patients'anxiety preoperation,7 days postoperation respectively.To compare expectoration,cooperation degree,the incidence rate of postoperation atelectasis of two groups.Results 1 week postoperation,SAS effective score of experimental was(37.72±10.78),control group was(48.31±8.12),the differences of SAS effective score,expectoration,patients'cooperation degree,postoperation atelectasis rate of two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Rational-emotive therapy can effectively prevent atelectasis of senile patients after chest surgery.
