摘    要:目的减少医患信息不对称,提高医患有效沟通效率,建立医患之间相互学习、相互信任的关系,同时对医务人员的医疗服务、医疗行为起到监督作用。方法在全院各病区设置病区助理,通过病区助理有计划地组织患者学习专科疾病常识、常见辅助检查报告的阅读及提供医疗信息资料。结果提高患者对疾病的认知能力,提高医务人员工作责任心,促进医患关系和谐。结论病区助理作为知识的传递者,通过构建学习型医患关系,为医患之间搭建有效的信息交流平台,提高了医患沟通效率,减少了医患之间因信息不对称而引起的矛盾和误解,提升了医院综合满意度。

Abstract:Objective To reduce information asymmetry so as to improve the efficiency of communication between doctors and patients,and establish the doctor-patient relationship on the basis of mutual trust and opportunity to learn more,meanwhile,to supervise the services offered by the medical care personnel of the hospital as well as their medical behavior.nethods One hospitalization assistant would be appointed to each ward,in order to organize the patients to learn more about the medical information on aregular basis,to give them a better understanding of the reports of auxiliary examinations and to offer moreinformation of medical care.Results It has been found that the cognitive ability about disease of patientswas enhanced,the sense of responsibility of doctors was intensified and a more harmonious doctor-patient relationship was built.Conclusions It is suggest that hospitalization assistant plays a very important role in conveying professional medical care knowledge to patients.By instructing a learning-oriented doctor-patient relationship,they can promote a better interaction between doctors and patients and improve communication effectively.so that disputes and misunderstandings caused by information asymmetry can be reduced and patients'satisfaction index to the overall performance of the hospital can be incroased.
