反复自杀患者36例回顾性分析

近十年来我院急诊室和内、外科病房共收治自杀病人９８２例。其中两次或两次以上反复自杀者３６例，占３．６７％。自杀原因有两个或两个以上者１１例，因同样原因而自杀者３０例。自杀方式主要为过量服药。常服用的药物有有机磷农药、安眠药、汽煤油、强酸、强碱等。两次自杀间隔时间最短者１天，最长者３年，平均３．２个月。其中间隔１月内者７９例次，占７６．７％。且绝大多数患者自杀前有先兆表现，常有情绪与性格方面的改变。作者对反复自杀者做了综合护理方面的初步探讨。

Retrospective Analysis on 36 Repeated Suicides

cases, including 36 cases who committed suicide twice or more(3. 67%)were admitted and treated for ten years in the emergency room,medical and surgical wards of our hospital. 11 cases had two or more reasons for suicide. 30 cases committed suicide because of the same reason.Their suicide way was to take overdose drugs. These suicides usually took caustic erodents, such as organophosphorus pesticide, sleeping pills, gasoline and kerosene,strong acid base,etc. The shortest intermittent period for committing suicide twice was one day and the longest three years(mean 3.2 months),including one month in 79 cases/times(76.7%). Most of the cases all showed their aurae , such as change of emotion, restlessness , depression,more or less words, unusual calmness, cold response to surrounding people and matters. All of the characters were not the same as his or her usual characters. The authors primarily discussed the synthetical nursing care of repated suicides.
