| 摘 要： | 目的考察明党参药材虫蛀的质量以及虫蛀前后药材的指纹图谱差异。方法采用《中国药典》浸出物测定法比较明党参虫蛀前后水溶性浸出物的含量,采用高效液相色谱法比较虫蛀前后明党参指纹图谱的差异。结果虫蛀后的明党参水溶性浸出物明显低于未虫蛀的明党参,且随贮存时间的延长逐年降低,贮存期4年的虫蛀药材含量减少了1.14倍。虫蛀前后药材的HPLC指纹图谱差异明显。结论虫蛀显著降低明党参有效成分的含量,其HPLC色谱指纹图谱也发生相应的改变。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the quality of the moth-eaten crude drug of Radix Changii, and it is compared with the difference of fingerprint of Radix Changii before and after attack of insects by HPLC. Methods The extractives are determined as method of China Pharmacopoeia, and the chromatographic fingerprint is set up by HPLC. Results The water-solubility extractives of Radix Changii attacked by insects are lower than Radix Changii without damage. Conclusion The moth-eaten decrease significantly the content of aqueous solution in Radix Changii. HPLC fingerprint of the alcohol-solubility extracts of Radix Changii is correspondently undergoing some change. |
