| 摘 要： | 对３１例持续性枕后位和枕横位以徒手旋转法纠正胎头位置，观察产程进展情况，分析处理结果，并设１６例对照组比较。两组结果提示，徒手旋转组顺产率明显提高，剖宫产率明显下降，并发症无增加。说明徒手旋转持续性枕后位和枕横位可确实有效纠正异常胎位，变难产为顺产，降低剖宫产率

| Abstract: | By comparing the parturient process and the results of the tested group of 31 cases in which persistent occipitoposterior and occipitotransverse positions were rotated manually and those of the control group of 16 cases,it was found that natural delivery rate in the test group was much higher and cesarean section rate apparently lower than those in the control group.The results showed that manual rotarion is effective in correcting abnormal fetal position as well as in turning more difficult labors into natural ones. |
