| Abstract: | Objective To understand the traits of HIV-infected men who had sex with men(MSM) and the trend of factors related to AIDS among MSM,and to provide pertinent suggestions about intervention service for MSM.Method The data of HIV-infected MSM(detected through cross-sectional survey) were collected from 2006 to 2009 and analyzed.The trend of AIDS-related factors was analyzed by Chi-square test.Result The people with HIV/AIDS had increasingly early age from 2006 to 2009,and the proportion of unmarried persons,persons who had received higher education and students was rising.The use rate of condoms during anal sex with men in the last time increased from 48.4% in 2006 to 68.0% in 2009.The persistent use of condoms increased from 17.2% in 2006 to 34.9% in 2007 during the anal sex with men in the past six months.The syphilis infection rate increased from 16.3% in 2006 to 27.0% in 2009.The proportion of MSM that had received intervention service in the last year was below 40%.Conclusion HIV-infected MSM have increasingly early age.The use rate of condoms is low.The proportion of MSM receiving intervention service is low.Syphilis coinfection rate is high among HIV-infected MSM.It is urgent to conduct pertinent intervention service for MSM and HIV-infected MSM. |
