胰岛素泵输注诺和锐短期强化治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察

目的观察短期胰岛素泵输注诺和锐与常规2次皮下注射胰岛素两种治疗方法对2型糖尿病患者控制高血糖的疗效差异。方法将60名随机血糖>20mmol/L的2型糖尿病患者,随机分成胰岛素泵持续皮下输注(CSII)诺和锐治疗组与每日常规2次胰岛素皮下注射治疗组,观察两组治疗前、后各项临床指标的变化,并对CSII治疗组撤泵前、后就胰岛素用量方面作了自身对照研究。结果诺和锐CSⅡ组较常规治疗组血糖达标时间短,胰岛素用量明显减少,且低血糖的发生较少。结论诺和锐CSII治疗更符合人体的生理需要,可以更迅速、有效地控制高血糖,在2型糖尿病强化治疗上更具优势。

Clinical study of intensification treatment by using aspart in insulin pump to control hyperglycemia in T2DM patient in a short period

Objective To study the plasma glucose status of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T_2DM) patients in a short period after adopting continuous subcutaneous insulin injection(CSII)by using aspart in insulin pump and to investigate the best plasma glucose control methods and drugs for type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods To choose 60 T_2DM patients whose random plasma glucose levels were higher than 20 mmol/L and,divide them into 2 groups randomly.Patients in group one accepted aspart CSII treatment and patients in another group accepted twice-per-day insulin injections treatment.The changes of some clinical indexes of each group and between them were observed before and after treatment.Aspart CSII group was compared with itself in insulin dosage before and after the CSII treatment.Results The plasma glucose level of patients in both groups were dropped evidently after treatment(P<0.01).The glucose 2h after meal in aspart CSII group was lower than that in twice-per-day injections group with less insulin dosage.The effective time and average admission day were shorter in aspart CSII group than those in twice-perday injections group(P<0.01).Conclusion The aspart CSII treatment is suitable for human body's physiological needs and can control the hyperglycemia effectively and rapidly.It might be the better choice for T_2DM patients in intensification treatment than that in classical method.
