| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨"暖心"护理服务文化的实施及影响。方法:树立"暖心"护理服务文化理念,制定"暖心"护理服务规范,从2010年开始在骨科病房实施"暖心"护理服务。结果:提高了患者满意度及护理工作质量,护理人员的职业成就感也得以提升。结论:"暖心"护理服务文化在和谐医疗环境及提升医院服务品牌方面发挥了积极作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the implementation and influence and warm heart nurse and service culture. Methods：Establish the concept of warm heart nurse and service culture anti make a regulation of warm heart nurse and service. Since 2010, warm hearl nurse and servit：e has been implenlcnted in the department of orthopedics ward. Results：The patients＇satisfaction and the quality of nurse work we~ raised and the fulfilhnent of care staff was also raised. Conclusion：Warm heart and service culture plays an active role in the harmonious medical environment and improving the service brand of hospital. |
