| 摘 要： | 目的：分析噻托溴铵联合舒利迭对COPD患者肺过度充气及运动耐量的影响。方法选择在本院接受治疗的 COPD患者作为研究对象，分别给予单纯噻托溴铵治疗及噻托溴铵联合舒利迭进行治疗，比较两组患者的症状体征缓解时间、肺功能指标、运动耐量等差异。结果观察组患者治疗后FEV1（1.65±0.32）L、FVC（2.76±0.53）L、FEV1／FVC（67.87±4.31）％、PaO2（87.34±4.39）mmHg、6min行走距离（312.87±42.08）m明显高于对照组患者（P＜0.05）；咳嗽咳痰、呼吸困难、喘息、湿音缓解时间（2.54±1.02、3.12±1.43、2.43±0.76、5.32±1.56）d、PaCO2（36.52±4.32）mmHg明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论噻托溴铵联合舒利迭可以有效改善 COPD患者肺过度充气状态，增加运动耐量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of Tiotropium combined Seretide on COPD lung hyperinflation and exercise tolerance.METHODS Patiens with COPD were choosed and ,given Tiotropium alone and Tiotropium combined Seretide respectively ,compared symptoms and signs relief time ,lung function ,exercise tolerance were com-pared.RESULTS FVC（1.65 ±0.32）L,FEV1（2.76 ±0.53）L,FEV1/FVC（67.87 ±4.31）%,PaO2（87.34 ± 4.39）mmHg,6MWD（312.87 ±42.08 ） m in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group patients （P〈0.05）;Cough and expectoration,dyspnea,wheeze,wet rale remission time（2.54 ±1.02,3.12 ± 1.43 ,2.43 ±0.76 ,5.32 ±1.56 ） d,PaCO2 （36.52 ±4.32 ） mmHg were significantly lower than those in control group （ P〈0.05 ）.CONCLUSION Tiotropium combined Seretide can effectively improve lung hyperinflation in COPD patients status ,increased exercise tolerance. |
